Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to complete a design project?

The timeline for each design project varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. D4U works closely with our clients to establish a timeline that meets their needs and ensures quality results.

Do you offer printing services for print materials?

D4U does offer printing services for documents no bigger than 11x17. We offer prints on waterproof, transparent, and various paper thicknesses. We print stickers, business cards, labels, flyers and more. D4U partners with other companies that can print our designs on t-shirts, cups, bags, tumblers and more. D4U can also offer a discount on large poster prints. These prints may have a longer turnaround time than others.

Can I request revisions to my design after it's been completed?

D4U offers revisions on all digital design projects before finalizing. In an effort to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the final result D4U works with their clients to make any necessary adjustments to their design. Provisions can only be made to the digital products. No revisions can be made to printed products.
